Who is KIP Realty?

KIP Realty is a professional real estate services firm that provides appraisal, sales & leasing, property management, tax representation, and right-of-way acquisition services.  The firm specializes in real property valuation in support of litigation.  The firm was formed by Steven Kunkel in 1990.

Steven Kunkel is a real property valuation expert. He has over 35 years of experience as a real estate appraiser, real estate broker, property tax consultant, and right-of-way agent.

He earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. He also holds the MAI designation, which is awarded by the Appraisal Institute.

Steve lives and works in the Arlington community.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Arlington, serves as the chairman of the Arlington Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is a board member of the Pantego Economic Development Corporation.
